Reaching Equilibrium

Hm, just a fun drawing I guess. Got a lot of stress weighted on me due to rping....so, decided to draw to relieve it a bit. This was actually quite fun. ^-^ Sky bg's are fun, as I always say, but night skies offered a new palette of colors.

This is probably a preview of my OC, Akane. (Also the person I rp as) I'm making a character chart at the moment, but I thought I might as well throw in a CG of her.

But, here's some background info.
She's a youkai who was naturally born in hell. Though as a child, she was very mischievous and she was pretty much a young, sadistic delinquent. If you can't see, she has a knife in her hand. Something of the sort.... Lol. She used to kill a lot of innocent people for "fun", as most demons do. Although, centuries passed and she managed to be defeated. To compensate for all the deaths, she was pretty much forced to become a preistess/exorcist whatever. As a result, she has to kill her kin. Akane's a pretty ironic character. Over the years, she's become monotonous and has a slightly cold personality to everyone she meets. Her goal is to collect enough sins into her tree branch and rise to heaven.

_{I'm cheesy, don't judge.} She's like a mix of Ao No Exorcist, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, blah blah.... xD

But I won't explain any further. Lol.

Whoo..now I can take a small break from cg until I start art trades, collabs, gifts etc. (I have a busy month ahead of me...;;; Sorry if I don't reply to your lovely comments. I'm pretty occupied at the moment. ;w; Thank you in advance though!
